Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Perishable goods, custom-made items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  2. How to Start a Return

    • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    • Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions.

  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  2. Partial Refunds

    • Items not returned in their original condition may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Sale items, perishable goods, and custom orders are non-refundable.
