"For almost 2 decades I have been passionate about not only cooking BBQ but also improving the experience, one cook at a time. All of our products aren't computer generated, nor are they based off of a good feeling that a product may work well and tossed into the marketplace. They are however created in my mind as an idea, formed into a physical product by hand first, then tried and trued through hundreds of combined hours of use and testing in real world applications by me personally. I do this until I'm 100% satisfied that the product will work just as good in a customers application. No matter how many renditions of a product it takes. Then, and only then when its perfected do I allow automation for fabrication from cnc laser and cnc machines etc. and that's simply for precision. Unlike copy cat designs out there, especially those seeking to replicate my patent pending upward deflector plate, they cant achieve the results I've shown, simply cause' they don't care to put in the work I do and understand the efficiency isn't a result of just the deflector itself. They'd rather copy it good'nuff so it works a little just to make a sell. For me, I'm doing it all for the smiles that person gets cooking their first amazing brisket thanks to our products, for the families that enjoy that brisket and create everlasting memories in that moment, and for simply put, the person who has the love for fire, steel, and great BBQ."
